We are honoured to welcome the wonderful Fabien Grumier – Champagne Grumier – who will be sharing about his domaine and techniques during a Winemake Take-over. On this day, you will be able to discuss with Fabien while enjoying your usual food or a special tasting menu designed by our chefs!

The heart of Goat in the Garden is in sharing stories. This starts with the sourcing, choosing carefully from producers with sustainable practices and with passion that is reflected in their products. From there Margaux and Sarah create a menu that respects the integrity of the ingredients, providing a real, honest, and comforting meal.
