Join us as we journey through the famed history of Bordeaux and the untamed landscapes of France’s South West.
Travel down the Gironde, from the structured Cabernet Sauvignons of the Médoc to the velvety, plum-scented Merlots of Saint-Émilion and Pomerol, and on to Sauternes, liquid gold of honeysuckle, saffron and candied citrus.
Then venture into the Sud-Ouest, home to ancient grapes of rustic elegance: Gros and Petit Manseng from Jurançon, and the joys of Irouléguy and Gascogne along the way.
